Lloyd Brothers McLaren Vale Estate is home to one of the oldest Kalamata olive groves in the country. This Kalamata Pesto is created by removing the skin and pit from our handpicked and traditionally brined Kalamata Olives and then lightly crushing them with a little garlic.
