TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The Lloyd Brothers Team is firmly committed and adheres to the policy for Responsible Service of Alcohol, as stated under the Liquor Licensing Act.

In visiting our licensed venue, you agree to abide by this policy and understand that any breaches of the approved service of alcohol or inappropriate behaviour that results from excessive consumption of alcohol will result in removal from the premises.

PLEASE NOTE:

No refund will be given under these circumstances.
$100 deposit is required to confirm your booking/function, this will not be accessed unless you cancel 14 days prior.
BYO alcohol is not permitted on our premises and will be confiscated.
No alcohol will be supplied or sold to any person aged under 18.
Direct costs associated with theft or property damage will be charged to the credit card number provided.
No glitter, confetti or table scatters permitted.
A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card number provided, due to the ill effects of intoxication.

    Public holidays incur an additional $10 per head, no further surcharge apply.

    We do not facilitate picnics or BYO

    All bookings must be confirmed in writing by a Lloyd Brothers staff member and paid in full 7 days prior, at which point numbers will be confirmed. Please note, no refund will be given for a reduced number of guests or cancellation of booking. Extra guests will be charged on the day.

    ESTATE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS 

    Eligible Estate Club members must be 18 years or older and reside in Australia.  

    By agreeing to join the Estate Club, you are making a commitment to purchase a minimum of 2 dozen bottles of Estate wines a year.  

    You will be contacted via email when allocations are due in April and October, so we can assist you in putting together your allocation. 

    In the event that contact is made and no order has been placed, Lloyd Brothers reserves the right to send you our carefully selected winemakers dozen. This pack will contain a balanced selection of our Estate Wines. 

    Your nominated credit card will be charged with the appropriate sum, and you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase as well as a notification that your wines have been dispatched. 

    No credit card details are kept by Lloyd Brothers Pty Ltd. All details are entered into the secure payment gateway Stripe. 

    Lloyd Brothers uses Australia Post as their preferred method of delivery. Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended unless authorisation is given, otherwise a card will be left in your mailbox with collection to be made directly from your local Post Office. Lloyd Brothers or Australia Post accepts no responsibility for any theft or damage occurred to your shipment in the event it is left unattended. 

    If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so any time after the purchase of your second dozen. This can be done by emailing our friendly staff at estate@lloydbrothers.com.au

    By signing up to the Estate Club you are agreeing to receive communication from us in the form of emails or telephone calls. Under no circumstances will Lloyd Brothers share your personal information or contact details. 

    Lloyd Brothers reserves the right to change pricing and vary these terms and conditions, any changes will be updated on the Lloyd Brothers website and emailed to the email address provided.

      Your personal privacy is paramount to us, and at Lloyd Brothers Wine and Olive Company (Lloyd Brothers) we are committed to delivering full privacy to all our customers.

      Your personal details are sensitively handled and securely stored.  Specific data collected will depend on individual website usage.

      When you visit our website, we automatically record your server address, domain name, the date and time of your visit and the information downloaded. We use this information to assist us in better understanding the interests and preferences of our customers, aimed at providing you with a more tailored service.

      All personal information provided is stored securely and may be used for statistical reference purposes.

      Lloyd Brothers cannot warrant the security of any information sent over the internet to us and we are not responsible for circumstances where that information is intercepted without authorisation.

      Personal information will not be intentionally disclosed outside of our company (or related entities) without your consent, except where we are required or permitted to do so at law.

      We will only permit your personal information to be accessed by authorised personnel and we will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is accurate and up to date and protected from risks such as unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
