Tasting Note - Pale in colour with aromas of cumquat, pear, apricot and lifted Spring blossoms. Refreshing
flavours of cumquat and apricot continue on the palate, along with crunchy pear, citrus pith and a hint of ginger spice. A fresh, crisp white wine which is best enjoyed chilled.
Food Suggestions - Best enjoyed in its youth, it pairs beautifully with an array of Italian dishes such as Prawn and tomato linguine, Risotto Primavera and is surprisingly good with Sushi and Sashimi for a twist on tradition.
