2025 Adelaide Hills Estate Pinot Noir Rose

Vineyards - Fruit was handpicked from Block 7a and 5b of David Lloyd’s Adelaide Hills Estate on The Range (Kuitpo) vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.

Winemaking - Fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, with just the free-run juice being used for the Pinot Noir Rosé. The juice was settled prior to a long, cool ferment, which helped to maintain all the lovely notes from the 2025 vintage. Following fermentation, the wine spent at least one month on lees with regular stirring to help build palate weight and mouthfeel. Vegan Friendly.

Tasting Note - Very pale pink with lifted floral aromas highlighted by fresh strawberries. The palate is layered with bright cherries, strawberries, a hint of pink grapefruit, and a subtle sweet spice. This elegant rosé has a bright, refreshing finish and is best enjoyed chilled.
