Lloyd Brothers is committed to providing prompt, efficient quality delivery experiences to all our valued customers.

FREE freight within Australia for all orders over $200.

All other delivery charges are calculated by Australia Post on checkout, based on weight and destination. Lloyd Brothers makes no profit from postage charges, the postage charge is exactly as charged by Australia Post. 

All our carrier fees include insurance.

International delivery is by arrangement.  Please contact us at info@lloydbrothers.com.au for a specific quote.

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic Australian deliveries are generally received within 10 days of receipt of order. Our Cellar Door team always endeavour to meet any required delivery date, but we cannot accept liability for late deliveries. Please lodge your order in plenty of time if your order is urgently required for a particular date.  We regret that late delivery does not enable you to cancel your purchase. Delivery is deemed to occur when goods are delivered to your nominated delivery point.

DELIVERY POINTS

Lloyd Brothers has chosen Australia Post to deliver their shipments throughout Australia. Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended. A calling card will be left and you will need to collect your shipment from your local post office. Lloyd Brothers and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

You agree to provide all relevant details regarding access to the delivery point, such as whether there are stairs, elevators, steep driveway and you acknowledge that we will not be held responsible if those details are incomplete or inaccurate.
