2021 Picpoul Prosecco
This sparkling wine is made from Picpoul and Prosecco grapes grown on the Lloyd Brothers estate vineyard in the cool climate Adelaide Hills. Combining the brightness of the Picpoul, with the lusciousness of the Prosecco has created this unique sparkling wine. Displaying lovely flavours of green apples and honeydew melon, with a gorgeous aroma of lemon myrtle and honeysuckle, we believe this is the first Picpoul Prosecco Sparkling to ever be released. Best enjoyed well chilled.

"59/41% picpoul/prosecco (aka glera) makes for an immensely pleasurable blend befitting this sort of swiggable, frothy style made with the Charmat method (2nd fermentation in tank). Nashi pear, green apple, pine and fennel notes. At once juicy, but also cool of aura. Picpoul’s acidity clearly drives this, while prosecco’s generous bubble-bath mouthfeel rounds out the edges.
