The Mediterranean climate of McLaren Vale offers the optimum growing environment and the Lloyd Brothers Estate provides the perfect terroir to grow a range of ultra premium produce.
Lloyd Brothers begin handpicking their Estate Kalamata olives in late May and continue through to early July. Handpicking the fruit prevents bruising, with each tree being picked 2 to 3 times, as the fruit naturally ripens on the tree.
After grading the olives and using a traditional pickling method in a low salt brine, the olives are hand packaged ensuring the fruit structure and sweetness is maintained throughout the process.
Considered some of the finest olives in the country, Lloyd Brothers can unfortunately not always guarantee supply as we are limited by what the estate can produce in any given season.
